FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need a licence to take part?

No, but you do need proof. For adults: an FFA licence (Athlé Compétition, Entreprise or Running), a Pass' J'aime Courir or a PPS certificate, to be uploaded to njuko no later than two weeks before the race. Conditions for minors are in the rules.

What is the minimum age?

17 KM*: from the Junior category (born in 2009 or earlier). 37 KM** and 54 KM***: from the Espoir category (born in 2007 or earlier).

Can I register on the day?

No, registration is online only, on njuko. It closes on Thursday 1 April 2027 at 8:00 pm, or earlier if all the bibs have gone.

I can no longer come, what should I do?

You can transfer your bib to another runner until Thursday 1 April 2027 at 8:00 pm, from your njuko participant area ("Transfer my registration"). With a medical certificate, 50% of the registration fee is refunded up to one month before the race. It's all detailed in the rules.

Are the races timed?

Yes, all three distances are timed. The spirit stays friendly above all: we come for the kilometres and the finish line... but also to look up and get an eyeful!

Is there a finisher medal and a gift?

Yes! Every participant gets a tee-shirt as a gift, and on the 17, the 37 and the 54, every finisher leaves with their medal, right after the finish line. "The little medal at the finish is really great. Better than any other gift."Hervé G. 37 KM**

Can I run with my dog?

No, canicross is not allowed on the routes, for the safety of runners and out of respect for the massif.

Are there cut-off times?
